Help! Weird red spot rash thing on my face that won't go away!
Hello! I have this red spot on my face and I have no idea what it is and how to treat it. I think it appeared one day after I accidentally got laundry detergent on my face I think. Its been on my face for 6 months and its also on my cheeks too. I would love to know what this is and the best way to treat it. Its sometimes dry, but mostly has the texture of poison ivy? Its not itchy like eczema is either. Thank you!

Friend staying over for free
Hi,
I am in Canada for the last 3 years and I moved to my own place very recently. I was tired of sharing with anyone else and wanted my own space. One of my friends whom I have known for the last 10 years was immigrating to Canada and she needed my help to get started with in a new country. She is a close friend of mine, however we haven't been in touch for a long time and I just felt that she was trying to get close to me when her Canadian visa was about to arrive. I felt a little bad about the fact that people remember you only when they need help. Nevertheless, I told her clearly that I moved to this place because I didn't want to share my place with anyone on a long term basis. She told me that she doesn't want to be a burden for me and that she would be moving out after a month or so, since she would need to find a job and settling in a new country takes some time. When she landed, she told me that she would pay groceries while she stays with me. She didn't have a job then and I told her to only pay her share of groceries and internet or hydro bills. She happily agreed. I am actually paying a huge mortgage; I have a stable job, however since I purchased the place I am not in a position to offer financial help to anyone, since the mortgage alone is more than half of my salary. She found a temporary job in a week's time which pays just minimum wage and so she is still job hunting. We divide our expenses of the house. Even if she spends 10 bucks, she makes sure to take 5 from me which I found very cheap since she is actually saving a big chunk of accommodation expenses which she would have had to spend had she not been staying with me. She was searching for an accommodation and found one that's suitable for her and her kid (who will be landing later - she is a single mom). However that place is only available after a month or so. So basically, the time she would be living with me increased from one month to almost three months. If I was in her place, I wouldn't first of all stay for free like this. Again, when I have to stay for more than a month I would at least offer to share some part of the mortgage or rent or something. She hasn't offered anything of that sort. The house is even more messy with 2 people, I can't have people over at my place. Her work timings are different which disturbs my sleep. And since she is a very close friend I am somehow not able tell this to her, but my behavior probably showed it out in the last two days. So she sent me a text saying 'please let me know if I need to change my ways or if there is anything annoying'. I honestly don't know how to handle this situation. I don't want the friendship to be affected. But I am coming across as someone who is selfish who isn't helping a friend who needs help. But, at the same time I know for sure had I been in her position, I would have offered some financial help even if the other person was a billionaire. More than the finance, it is affecting my personal life, my personal space; 3 months is a long time. Any thoughts on this would much appreciated.

Cardiac ablation, arm so sore after 6 weeks
Hello, I'm asking for a friend. He had a cardiac ablation 6 weeks ago. They went in through the arm and he ewnt through a lot of pain as they tried to find their way through. The arm was SO bruised which has faded but the pain has not left. He thinks they damaged an artery, and has gone to the doctor who had no advice. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Soil or sand for foundation
Could someone please help with this? My living room foundation at the tiled baseboard in the corner have water coming in during hurricanes or heavy rains that last continuously like last year's Erma for THREE FULL DAYS OF RAIN.
The Building gave me permission to look for someone to do it.
I had someone look at it who used to be a contractor . He is a salesman for my IMPACT WINDOWS which will be installed in 15 weeks.
He told me to put three or four inches of DIRT THERE to raise that section by 3 or 4 inches. Currently I have marble chips in that location, but those will be removed for this project and put back later. (because I like the marble chips there).
Someone has suggested sand as opposed to dirt.
Do you think DIRT is BETTER THAN SAND ?
Another person said dig a trench and pour concrete into it. This type of work our handyman would not be able to do. HE COULD DO THE DIRT, BUT NOT CONCRETE.
Under the marble chips is a plastic that runs all along under the chips.
Any info or help on this is appreciated. Thanks

Civil Judgment against me was Quashed... now what?
Here is an interesting legal question that no average person has been able to answer... Even my Attorney Brother-in-law was not sure what to do. But here goes...
In 2012, I owed a $9000 judgement. Ramifications after the "Great Recession". In that year, the creditor tried 3 times to levy my personal bank account and failed 3 times because the account balance was so incredibly low.
Each time an attempt was made, I received a notice afterward from the bank telling me they had sent them away empty-handed. But after their 3rd attempt, I received a different letter... this time it said the "request or the judgement "(I don't remember the wording) was "Quashed".
After that, I never heard from that creditor again... and after a while, 2 of the 3 major credit reports took the judgement off their record.
However it has remained on one report, which is what brings me to the question:
What would it take to remove it from the 3rd credit agency? Is that too much to even hope for? Or is that what should have happened when the other 2 removed it from theirs? I don't have a copy of that bank letter... (stress was so high)
I'm sorry to even have this situation, and sorry to ask such a personal question from a group of people with their own problems. Thanks in advance.

Mystery toilet
I have aplumbing mystery. How can a toilet withno water pressure in the pipe coming out of the wall during the day end up thenext morning with the toilet tank full? Let me explain. The situation is that during the day, withthe toilet shut off valve at the wall removed, there is no water coming out of thesupply pipe. However, when everything is reassembled, e.g., the shut off valveput back on the supply pipe and reconnected to the toilet valve assembly in thetoilet, the next morning the toilet tank is full. The problem affects onetoilet only and nothing else in the house. The problem started two weeks agoafter the main was shut down due to an irrigation leak. Does anyone have a plausible explanation?
